By booking and staying at Shoreline Stays, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Agreement

Your reservation confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, our Rates & Policies, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Payment

​

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.

3. Use of Property

​

Guests agree to use the property responsibly and in accordance with posted rules and

applicable laws.

Shoreline Stays reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates property guidelines. Removal due to rule violations will not result in a refund.​

4. Assumption of Risk

​

Shoreline Stays is a natural outdoor property. Guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor environments, including but not limited to:

• Uneven terrain
• Wildlife encounters
• Insects
• Changing weather conditions
• Open water access
• Campfires
• Shared facilities

​

Guests use the property, shoreline, and facilities at their own risk.

​

5. Fire & Water Safety

​

Guests are responsible for safe use of fire pits and must comply with all local fire regulations and bans.

Lake and shoreline access is unsupervised. Shoreline Stays is not responsible for accidents related to water use.

Non-potable water is provided on site. Guests are responsible for bringing safe drinking water.

6. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoreline Stays and its owners are not liable for injury, loss, theft, or damage occurring during a guest’s stay.

7. Damage Responsibility

​

Guests are responsible for any damage to property, structures, or facilities caused by themselves, members of their party, or their pets.

Charges for repair or replacement may be applied to the card on file.​​​

8. Website Accuracy

​

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on our website. However, errors or omissions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.

9. Policy Updates

​

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will always be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
